RESERVATION FEE

As our chosen apartment complexes were selling very quickly, and in order to reserve, it was necessary to pay an initial reservation deposit to the agent of around £500. This was refundable and usually deducted from the first payment or in the case of one of our properties it was deducted from the cost of the furniture package.

The current average for the reservation fee, appears to be £1000 (1500 euros).
