FURNISHING

Although Bulgaria is a relatively cheap country, we did not find the furnishing of the apartments to be cheap. In each case, we purchased the furnishing package recommended by the selling agent, and left everything to them. Note, fitting of the kitchen is considered part of the furniture package.

We paid almost £4000 (basic package) for one and around £5200 (luxury package) for the other.

When our third apartments are ready, we are considering furnishing these ourselves.

If you are purchasing the agent's furniture package, you will probably be asked to pay for this around the time of completion or a little earlier. We found that it takes about one to two months to get all of the apartments funished as the kitchens and bathrooms have to be fitted too.
