FURNISHING
Although Bulgaria is a relatively cheap country, we did not find the furnishing of the
apartments to be cheap. In each case, we purchased the furnishing package recommended
by the selling agent, and left everything to them. Note, fitting of the kitchen is considered part
of the furniture package.
We paid almost £4000 (basic package) for one and around £5200 (luxury package) for the other.
When our third apartments are ready, we are considering furnishing these ourselves.
If you are purchasing the agent's furniture package, you will probably be
asked to pay for this around the time of completion or a little earlier.
We found that it takes about one to two months to get all of the apartments funished as
the kitchens and bathrooms have to be fitted too.

We have now started furnishing our St.Vlas apartments. The first apartment has now had a
kitchen installed by FSB Interiors. We have not yet been able to check out the kitchen, but
certainly as far as communication was concerned and price we found FSB to be very good.
We have chosen
Orpheus Interiors to provide most of the furnishing for our apartment except
for the kitchen. We have not chosen a furniture pack, but have chosen individual items from
their catalogue. We intend travelling to Bulgaria to purchase all the smaller items, e.g.
microwave, cutlery, bedding etc. in April.

We have now finished furnishing one of our apartments at the Garden of Eden with the main items.
Our communications and ordering through Orpheus went very smoothly and from our experience we can recommend them.
They were very responsive to emails and a pleasure to do business with.
