PRELIMINARY CONTRACT

Once you decide to go ahead with a purchase, you will be sent a preliminary contract to sign. This will be usually within a month of reserving. It is entirely up to you if at this stage you wish to employ your own solicitor to check out the details of the contract, but it is by no means necessary.
