UTILITIES

There is a connection fee for services such as water, electricity, gas, telephone and cable TV as well as ongoing costs.

We were charged £33 for both water and electricity to be connected in Sofia and £124 for cable tv connection and one year's rental.

We were not charged for either of these in Pamporovo.

The ongoing costs are usually payable to the Management company who then pay the relevant authorities.
